This two bedroom two bathroom retreat has plenty of room for a family, a spacious covered patio with grill and furniture along with a car port. The kitchen includes microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a 50” flat screen TV with satellite and washer/dryer. The property has ample parking to accommodate visitors, a boat, Jet Ski or ATV’s.

No additional cleaning fees! Minimum 2 night stay, save $150 on your stay over 3 nights!

CANCELLATIONS
Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

IMPORTANT
Security Deposit – photocopy of states issued ID and a credit card will be taken upon arrival with signature saying card may be used to cover damages.
